How do I go through the process of getting a mouse?

Firstly, RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH. Mice are incredibly intelligent creatures, capable of solving complex problems, and maintaining complicated social structures. Once you've done some adequate research on whether or not a mouse is for you, the next step is contacting us and letting us know you're interested. We'll let you know what we have currently, and what's coming up. We'll ask you to fill out our adoption forms, and once they've been signed and accepted, the final step is paying our adoption fee.

How much do you charge for mice?

We charge 10-15$ per mouse. The price varies based on the rarity of the genetics the mice may carry. Though we charge a little more than petstores, this insures a healthy animal.

Do you deliver?

We deliver to limited locations. Currently we are located in Aurora, Colorado and deliver north until Greeley. Our delivery fees are dependent on the price of gas at the time, and can be anywhere from 10-20$. We also have ties with some small pet transports. Get in contact with us for more details.

What kind of food/bedding/enclosures do you use?

Food - Mazuri lab block everyday, fresh vegetables and fruits twice a week, and peanut butter once a week. We also give our nursing mothers cat food to ensure their protein intake is adequate for raising healthy and strong pups.

Bedding - We use aspen bedding that has been kilned. Kilned pine is also acceptable, though we've found aspen lasts longer and covers smells a little better. We do not recommend paper bedding due to the dust and residue that it secrets.

Enclosures - We use a mix of critter keepers for our smaller colonies and lone males, and 10, 15, and 20 gallon tanks for our large female colonies. This best combats mice's plastic chewing habits and allows ventilation.
